Once your driving skills and training needs have been established, you will begin. The length of this training will be determined by ATS and can be from 3 – 8 weeks in length including orientation and paid on-the-road training.

After you have successfully completed your ATS driver training, you will be assigned a company truck. This is not just any truck! ATS has one of the newest fleets in the industry. Our tractors average 18 months, while our trailers average 24 months. Newer equipment means better customer service, less break-downs and more miles for you. Currently our fleet consists of 2005/2007 models of Freightliner, Volvo and Peterbilt.

Student and new driver under 6 months: Start at .32 cpm .36 cpm after 7 months .38 cpm after 12 months Drivers 6 - 12 months: Start at .36 cpm .38 cpm after 7 months Drivers with 4 years or more verifiable driving experience in the last 10 years:: Start at $.38 cents per mile cpm .advancement annually and with driving class change. • CPM does not include: Tarping, Pick-Up & Drop Pay, over-dimensional* (OD) fees and Bonuses. *Drivers hauling over dimensional loads can make anywhere from .05cpm - .25cpm above and beyond their regular rate while hauling OD loads. • We have four classes of drivers in our specialized division allowing you to advance your rate of pay as you move up the scale.
